Interior Demolition & Full Guts in Toronto

Gutting a home, a floor or a commercial unit? We strip interiors down to the studs, safely and cleanly, so your rebuild can start right away.

Full interior guts, start to finish

A full interior gut takes a whole space back to the structure: walls, ceilings, floors, kitchens and bathrooms. We plan the work room by room, keep the site safe and organized, and haul everything away as we go.

We do interior demolition for homeowners, contractors and builders, and commercial strip-outs for retail, office and restaurant units across Toronto and the GTA.

What we remove

  • Drywall, plaster and lath, ceilings
  • Non-load-bearing walls and stud removal
  • Kitchens, bathrooms and closets
  • All flooring and subfloor
  • Trim, doors and stair finishes
  • Commercial fit-outs: counters, partitions and ceilings

Good to know

Any walls that are load-bearing must be assessed by an engineer or your contractor before removal. A full gut may also need a building permit from the City, so check with your contractor or the City of Toronto before work starts. Ontario requires a designated substance survey (asbestos, lead and similar) before demolition on most older buildings, especially those built before 1990. If asbestos is found, it is removed by a licensed abatement contractor before we start, and quoted separately.
