Good to know

If your basement has had water damage or mould, let us know in your request. Ontario requires a designated substance survey (asbestos, lead and similar) before demolition on most older buildings, especially those built before 1990. If asbestos is found, it is removed by a licensed abatement contractor before we start, and quoted separately.
